Find us on Concourse Level, Exhibition Centre, Door #7, to register and for all queries!

Masterclass: Level 2

Plenary Day: Plenary #3

Stream Day: Head to level 2 and follow the directional signage.

Policy Forum: Room #220, Level 2.

Machines Conference: held inside the Exhibition Hall

Exhibition: Taking place in bays 13 & 14, opposite registration.

EVENT APP?

The event app will be ready for download 1 week out from the conference, with instructions provided via email closer to the event date.

COLLECTING YOUR PASS?

How do I collect my badge to enter?

You will receive an email to your registered address and/or SMS closer to the event with a barcode to scan on arrival at the event.

Keep this handy and open on arrival to scan at the kiosks to retrieve your name badge. We suggest to have your screen to maximum brightness for a smooth process.

Keep your name badge visible at all times for access to the event.

What if I haven’t received the barcode?

Please check your junk/spam folder.

Still not found – don’t worry – you are able to enter in your name to retrieve your registration at the kiosk or head to the Service Desk who can assist.

Can I collect my badge early??

Yes. On Tue 11 June, 3pm – 6pm – skip the queue in the morning!

CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?

If you are no longer able to attend…. please email info@questevens.com.au - unfortunately as per T&C's, there are no refunds.

You are able to transfer your pass. Please head to the Service Desk or contact your sales representative.

You cannot transfer your pass once the conference has already started.

Please note: You are unable to swap multiple times, and transfers must be completed by Quest events to receive an updated registration.

OTHER QUESTIONS?

Will I receive the presentations from the event?
Yes, presentations that have been made available by our speakers will be emailed within 1-2 weeks to download.

Are there meeting spaces?

There have been no reserved meeting spaces to use, however there will be lots of areas to sit and take a meeting within the exhibition.

Cloak room/printing/taxis/etc

The Customer Service team from MCEC will be able to assist with any of these items. Head to the Customer Service desk, near Goldfields Café.

Do I need to pre-select a stream on Thu 13 June?

No, you are able to switch in/out of streams on the day. There will be signage at each stream door entrance.

What is the dress code?

Smart business and/or comfortable clothing. We suggest to wear layers/bring a jacket as conference temperatures can fluctuate.

What do I need to bring?

Your barcode received by SMS/Email to register and retrieve your access pass to attend. 

Wi-Fi

The venue has complimentary wi-fi available.

Charging points

There are no dedicated charging stations

Payment

Full payment is required before the conference starts. Unfortunately, if there are any outstanding payments no access will be permitted.

Exhibition visitors

Access Times:

Wed 12 June: 10am – 6pm & Thu 13 June: 10am – 4pm

What does the Exhibition Visitor registration include?

All exhibition visitors gain access to the exhibition hall where they can:

  • Visit our 50 + exhibitors
  • Network with industry professionals
  • Listen to 20 + free presentations at the Insights Stage
  • Socialise at networking drinks from 5:15pm – 6:30pm on Wed 12 June.

Where can I grab a bite?

There is a café located at the back of the exhibition hall. Purchases can be made via card.
